Lead Bartender

Support day-to-day bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards while maintaining organization and cleanliness of the entire bar. Follow proper cash handling procedures, certify team members on POS operations, and anticipate guest and colleague needs to assist without being asked. Respond to and resolve shift issues or guest concerns by escalating matters to management as required. Perform pre-opening or closing duties of the location as assigned by the manager. Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, cocktail recipes, and current promotions. This role requires high-volume bartending experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The team creates a social gathering place that connects people through a un-traditional, playful experience.
