Job Summary
Support day to day bar operations as directed by management and deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards. Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire bar, and certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS. Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise on shift by escalating matters to management. Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues, assist without having to be asked, and perform pre-opening or closing duties of location as assigned by manager. Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, cocktail recipes, and current promotions. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High-volume bartending experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
