Job Summary
Direct and supervise Coffee Shop associates to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve department sales and profit goals. Responsibilities include inventory control, verifying receivables, maintaining product freshness and turnover, brewing beverages to set standards, handling spoiled/damaged products, training staff, coordinating scheduling, managing product knowledge and pricing, and supporting budgeting and financial performance. Must understand and apply accounting/bookkeeping skills, interpret financials, and perform details-oriented tasks in a retail store environment. Strong communication, leadership, and customer-service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Proficient Computer (email, spreadsheets, etc)
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
