Job Summary
Build and scale full-stack features across Hudl's sports technology platforms while solving complex technical problems with scalable solutions. Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation planning to improve analyst training tools and operational workflows. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and Scrum teams across regions to drive high-quality engineering practices and rapid iteration cycles. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance while contributing to automation and AI/ML initiatives for operational efficiency. Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of applications and services. Work from office four days a week in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Currently working in a product-based organization
- Strong hands-on engineering background in C#, Node.js, Java, or Python
- Language agnostic mindset with ability to work across technologies
- Experience designing and building scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Experience leading large product or platform initiatives
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical discussions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
Desired Qualifications
- ReactJS experience
- Good to have experience with C#
- Experience with AI/ML-driven workflow automation
