Job Summary
Lead the design and development of backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS. Guide and mentor developers while ensuring best practices in system design, REST APIs, and cloud development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance through CI/CD and monitoring tools. Build and maintain database integrations while driving continuous improvements in reliability and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development with strong expertise in Core Java concepts and scalable system design
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
- Good understanding of System Design, Distributed Systems, REST APIs, SQL databases, and backend architecture
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development methodologies and cloud-based applications
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
