Job Summary
Lead Azure SRE to design and implement an automated, 1-click Blueprint provisioning process for Azure (Terraform-based) to surfaceable MSF networking, compute, and storage via a Backstage-backed self-service portal. Develop Node.js-based Backstage plugins/scaffolder actions, implement automated state reconciliation between the desired and actual Azure resources, and extend the Backstage Service Catalog for visibility of sites. Lead migration of legacy sites into the new Blueprint framework with zero-downtime and configuration parity. Requires advanced Terraform/Azure (azurerm), VNet peering, Managed Identities, and remote state management at scale; strong backend TypeScript/JavaScript skills, Backstage Catalog/Scaffolder experience, CI/CD and GitOps practices, and cloud-architecture knowledge for high-compliance environments (IL5). Flexible remote/office options are supported.
