Job Summary
Lead daily field activities on residential integration projects, coordinating with technicians to ensure installations meet company standards while maintaining exceptional workmanship. Program and commission Control4, Lutron RA3 lighting, and shading systems, alongside preferred Savant and URC setups. Meet homeowners during consultations to recommend technology solutions that genuinely improve their experience, then help scope system upgrades and new opportunities to earn commission. Mentor fellow technicians on job sites and communicate effectively with project management. This role combines advanced technical leadership with consultative sales growth within a premier mountain community firm established in 1996.
Required Qualifications
- Residential AV integration experience
- Expert-level Control4 programming
- Strong experience with Lutron RA3 lighting and shading systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading installation projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Savant programming experience
- URC programming experience
- Josh.ai familiarity
- Experience working directly with homeowners during project design
