• •High school diploma or GED
• •OSHA 30 Certificate
• •Five or more years as a commercial AV installation technician or related industry experience
• •Experienced in supervising, coaching, and training technicians to company standards while providing constructive feedback
• •Advanced technical knowledge of AV system components, cabling, device integration, and rack assembly
• •Strong ability to interpret and implement complex project documentation independently
• •Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts
• •Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment
• •Possess advanced carpentry and/or installation skills
• •Proficient use and safety with power tools
• •Good verbal communication skills
• •Good customer service skills
• •Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• •Must have a valid driver's license
• •Must be able to occasionally climb ladders
• •Must be able to use stairs
• •Must be able to lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds
• •Must have close vision
• •Must have distance vision
• •Must have peripheral vision
• •Must have depth vision
• •Must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence
