Job Summary
As a Lead AV Engineer, you will manage a team of AV engineers and deliver high-quality audiovisual installations. Your responsibilities include overseeing system integration, commissioning, and conducting quality assurance checks. Collaboration with project managers, AV integration teams, and logistics is essential. You will also produce documentation, perform maintenance, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AV/VC systems in a corporate environment, an understanding of audiovisual installation complexities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years+ in a similar senior position
- Proven track record in field-based audiovisual installation and commissioning tasks
- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of VC and integrated audio equipment
- Ability to draft and present technical reports in English
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Skills and experience in installation and commissioning of modern audio, videoconferencing and AV systems
