Lead Automotive Technician at a high-volume Meineke shop with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements), completing digital inspections for customers, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and applying knowledge of vehicle schematics to troubleshoot complex problems. Requires 5+ years of automotive technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and attention to detail. Compensation includes a weekly guarantee ($1,000–$1,500) with commission potential ($80,000–$125,000 per year), comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO), and support for ASE certification tests. The role is full-time, based in Portland, OR, with in-person work hours Monday–Friday and Saturdays, and store hours from 7:30am to 6pm (5-day work weeks).
