Job Summary
Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Independently handle complex automotive repairs and work directly with ownership to help shape the shop's culture and direction. Manage tools and equipment with pride as part of a team focused on honest recommendations and customer trust. Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturday coverage, earning $25-$35 per flag hour with a 40-hour guarantee. ASE certifications and EPA 609 are preferred for this role within a growing Laredo, Texas shop.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Can independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns
- Take pride in quality workmanship and working as part of a team
- Own your tools
- Have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Hold ASE certifications
- Hold EPA 609 certification
