• •Electrical- 480V, VFD's, Relays, Motor Controls, electric motors, HMI's, Contactors, Timers, Proximity Sensors/Switches, Electro-Mechanical background, Industrial Batteries
• •Allen Bradley PLC experience
• •Mechanical- Gear boxes, Chains, Sprockets, MHE Equipment/Electric Forklifts, Hydraulic systems, Dock, and Door experience
• •Arc, Mig, and Tig welding experience
• •Must be able to read electrical schematics
• •Must be able to read wiring diagrams
• •Must be able to read hydraulic diagrams
• •Must be able to read pneumatic prints
• •Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical components involving wiring diagrams and schematics
• •Must be able to identify issues with automation equipment going offline using laptop software
• •Must be able to perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform
• •Must be able to fill out and complete daily work orders
• •Must be able to maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform
• •Must be able to complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer's repair guidelines
• •Must be able to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action
• •Must be able to communicate PTO coverage plans with customers
• •Must be able to facilitate outside vendor work (PO process and billing)
• •Must be able to facilitate all outside of scope work
• •Must be able to order parts and manage inventory (5S Inventory Skills)
• •Must be able to troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis
• •Must be able to research potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform
• •Must be able to provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person
• •Must be able to complete Monthly safety training requirements
• •Must be able to maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform
• •Must be able to complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer's repair guidelines

Desired Qualifications

• •Manufacturer Training available on specific equipment for technician hired
