Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end automation framework in Python while establishing best practices. Oversee the technical delivery of integration strategies and lead a team in building robust data flows between various platforms. Develop complex workflows that enforce network security policies and serve as a technical mentor for the development team, promoting continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4-5 years of experience in integration engineering
- At least 2 years as a Technical Leader
- Strong, proven experience designing and building scalable backend services and automation workflows in Python.
- Proven ability to design and deliver robust integrations with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and message queues.
- Proven ability to mentor other engineers and lead technical discussions.
- Strong, practical knowledge of network Micro-Segmentation concepts (L3, ACLs) and hands-on experience automating platforms such as NSX, ACI, ColorTokens, Illumio, or Guardicore.
- Full proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VMware NSX, Guardicore, Illumio, or ColorTokens
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD principles
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or serverless technologies
- Experience in building and deploying containerized applications for cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
