Job Summary
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of workflow automation solutions using Camunda, translating business processes into scalable BPMN workflows and orchestration patterns that connect people, systems, APIs, and services. Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, guiding solution design, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, observable automation outcomes aligned with business priorities. Leverage hands-on experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, Azure cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines to build maintainable backend engineering practices. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset focused on reliability and business value within Angle Finance's inclusive, flexible hybrid culture.

- Understanding of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production support practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and deliver balanced solutions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with technical and business stakeholders
