Lead Auditor - Home Claims

Lead operational audits for Home Claims, managing both internal and external supplier engagements to ensure robust performance assurance. Develop flexible audit approaches that capture mechanisms for monitoring and measuring results, while leading a team to maintain delivery against schedules, SLAs, and all 121s, team meetings, and PDRs. Conduct root cause analysis for systems, controls, and complaints to recommend improvements that reduce justified complaints and support FCA compliance. Collaborate with commercial and operational leadership to track remedial actions and deliver financial benefits.
