Job Summary
Lead Auditor for QuantiLAB’s Certification Business Unit in Southern and Eastern Africa. Drive the launch and growth of certification activities across the region, conduct food safety and quality audits (HACCP, BRCGS, GlobalGAP, ISO 22000, and related standards) as a qualified Lead Auditor, and leverage industry relationships to position QuantiLAB as the certification body of choice. Report to the QuantiLAB Regional Director within Certification & Operations. Requires 5+ years of food safety auditing/certification experience, strong knowledge of food safety standards, leadership ability, and a commercial mindset to develop business opportunities. English proficiency; second language a plus. The role is based in Mombasa, Kenya, with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field; an advanced degree or additional certification in food safety management is a plus
