Job Summary
Lead on-site AV installations and deployments for DoD projects in the DMV region, directing field teams through installation, commissioning, and handoff. Owns hardware installation, system configuration, network setup, DSP and control system programming (Crestron/AMX/Extron), testing, and client walkthroughs. Requires strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, architectural drawings, AV-over-IP, and collaboration tools; travel to client sites (CONUS/OCONUS) and on-site presence is mandatory; DoD Secret/TS clearance is preferred; on-site role with no remote work option. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred advanced degrees; security clearance eligibility is mandatory. Certifications such as AVIXA CTS/CTS-I and OSHA-30 are advantageous; candidates should have 5-7+ years of related installation and leadership experience and strong customer-facing communication skills.
