Lead Associate - Operations responsible for issuing Certificates of Insurance (ACORD forms 24/25/27) using CSR24 and Applied EPIC, managing policy reviews, renewals, and endorsements, and ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements. Supports night-shift operations, maintains SOPs reflecting regulatory changes, delivers process-specific training for new hires, enhances productivity, and maintains high client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream) with minimum 5 years of Insurance Market experience into commercial lines
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Property and Casualty insurance operations
