Job Summary
Support implementation of the Employee Value Proposition by maintaining employer branding standards and developing campaigns targeting critical talent segments. Lead the organization-wide Internship & Fellowship Strategy, including curriculum development, alumni network management, and tracking conversion metrics. Manage employer brand social channels, coordinate university partnerships, and partner with hiring managers to create entry-level opportunities. Establish the employee ambassador program and deliver the Internship & Fellowship Development Program while analyzing campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Early Talent Programs, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or University Relations
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and building collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content, facilitate presentations, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate programs and events, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data, metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or learning management systems
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
