Job Summary
Lead Associate AR in India responsible for initiating calls to determine status of claims, contacting insurance companies to explain denials/underpayments, taking corrective actions to ensure timely resolution, and documenting actions in claims billing notes. Primary duties include prioritizing aging claims for follow-up, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA rules, handling denials/rejections/LOAs, applying required claim corrections, and maintaining information-security best practices. Requires graduation, 4+ years in US Healthcare AR, and strong analytical/organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate
- 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR
- Strong communication skills with good voice and professional demeanor
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience in MS Office Suite preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and information security policies
