Job Summary
Oversee field construction operations by coordinating subcontractor work across framing, roofing, concrete, and MEP trades while managing safety scores above 95% quarterly. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials, ensure city and third-party inspections are scheduled and documented, and generate all project schedules and RFIs. Act as the Superintendent's representative, delegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents and laborers, and resolve on-site subcontractor issues to minimize cost and meet project goals. Serve as the primary point of contact when the Superintendent is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of construction experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- A minimum of 5 years multi-family construction experience
- 150+ unit multifamily construction experience
- Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction or related field
- 6-10 years of experience
- 150+ unit multifamily construction experience highly preferred
