Lead/Assistant Manager – Treasury Operations

Job Summary
Analyze data related to bank fees, investigate fee variances, and develop recommendations for savings opportunities. Compile monthly ABM transactional metrics, generate chargeback reports, and support the Bank Balance Collection process by updating consolidated files. Assist with Treasury expense budgeting, prepare US monthly bank fee accruals, and conduct price increase reviews to quantify financial impacts. Gather and consolidate data on transaction volumes, interest rates, and credit card fees for quarterly Treasury reporting. Shift timings are 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST with a hybrid work mode. This role supports Sun Life's global mission to help clients achieve lifetime financial security within a team of 30,000 across 26 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- MBA
- Any post-graduation degree
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in other Finance related area
