Lead by example on the floor to maintain Bella Vino's service standards, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience through exceptional hospitality. Coach and mentor servers throughout each shift, reinforcing service standards and providing real-time guidance to achieve sales, service, and hospitality goals. Assist with table touches, guest concerns, and recovery situations while supporting the flow of service and identifying efficiency opportunities. Manage operations by assisting with weekly inventory, monitoring cleanliness, and ensuring correct opening and closing procedures. Foster a positive, team-first culture while holding staff accountable to expectations and labor efficiency.
