Job Summary
The Lead Assembly Operator at Rochester Electronics is responsible for leading a team of up to 20 assembly operators in the setup and operation of microelectronics assembly equipment. Responsibilities include scheduling and planning manufacturing priorities, operating various assembly equipment, ensuring compliance with military, JEDEC, and ISO standards, training assembly operators, and maintaining audit-ready work areas. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, basic computer skills, and experience working in an ISO class 7 cleanroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of related electronic/semiconductor assembly experience
