Job Summary
As the sole ENT (otolaryngology) specialist at UPMC Kane, you will lead and shape the ENT service line and provide a comprehensive mix of surgical and clinical care with full hospital support. The role emphasizes developing the ENT practice, performing a diverse range of ENT surgeries (including minimally invasive procedures), and collaborating with primary care, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care. The position offers autonomy as a full-time solo practitioner within a community hospital setting, with EPIC EMR integration and opportunities for professional growth, along with a competitive compensation package, sign-on bonus, CME days, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology
- American Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
