Job Summary
Lead the art direction and mentor a team of 35+ specialists, synchronizing processes and guiding artists to unlock their potential. Execute full-cycle game development from concept art and moodboards to final production assets and marketing materials, ensuring high-end rendering and visual integrity across all slot elements. Present and defend art concepts to European stakeholders in English while collaborating closely with animators and game designers through iterative sprints. Manage the pipeline using tools like Miro, Jira, and Slack, integrating AI generation workflows to meet market trends and product mathematics. Work fully remotely with a flexible schedule, reporting to the Art Director and participating in all stages from initial concept to release.
Required Qualifications
- Senior/Lead рівень: Від 6-7 років загального досвіду у геймдеві
- від 3+ років саме у слот-іграх на позиціях Senior Artist або Art Lead/Art Director
- Портфоліо випущених ігор у жанрі real-money slot games
- Підтверджений досвід лідерства, менторства або керування командою художників
- Бездоганне знання основ композиції, пропорцій, кольорознавства та освітлення
- Досвід успішного спілкування та захисту рішень перед англомовними стейкхолдерами
- Photoshop
- Jira
- Slack
- Confluence
- Miro
- досвід роботи з AI-інструментами генерації
- Вільна усна комунікація для проведення мітингів із закордонними стейкхолдерами та ведення документації

- 3D (моделінг, світло)
- Практичний досвід підготовки арту під анімації у Spine / After Effects
