Lead Architect

Lead Architect to define and drive the vision for VAS Data Foundations—a hybrid, AI‐ready platform that consolidates company wide data into a unified, governed, and intelligent data layer. Lead the end‐to‐end architectural vision across data platforms, semantic layers, AI metadata, and consumption layers; consolidate disparate data sources (on‐prem, Hadoop, acquisitions, cloud) into a single, governed data layer; design an AI‐native semantic layer enabling agents, analysts, and products to discover, query, and reason over data; enable self‐service analytics and automated insights; partner with Product, Business, AI and Data Science teams to operationalize AI data capabilities; establish architectural standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, observability, governance and responsible AI usage; guide platform evolution across ingestion, ETL/ELT, scalable data models, metric catalogs, and presentation layers; translate business needs into durable data and semantic architectures; mentor senior engineers and architects to elevate architectural rigor. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of days in the office as confirmed by the Hiring Manager; visa‐applicable considerations are described for U.S. applicants and related travel requirements.
