Job Summary
Lead Architect to oversee architectural design activities across infrastructure projects from concept through construction documentation. Lead design development, prepare design briefs and working drawings, ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, coordinate inputs with multidisciplinary teams, review designs for alignment with objectives, budgets, and safety, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Requires a Master’s degree in Architecture with 7+ years (or Bachelor's with 10+ years) of relevant experience, 3+ years in a Lead Architect role, and a CC2 or CC3 professional certification; strong leadership and coordination skills and deep knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture OR Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in architectural design development and design review for infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead Architect role
- Professional Certification authorizing architectural practice for CC2 or CC3
- Strong architectural design leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage complex design processes and multidisciplinary teams
