Job Summary
Define technology roadmaps and solution architecture strategies for Cloud, DevOps, and AI platforms while leading enterprise modernization and cloud transformation programs. Drive adoption of engineering best practices, platform standardization, and automation, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps controls. Lead implementation of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, and RAG architectures to solve business problems, establishing standards for AI security and model lifecycle management. Mentor senior engineers and present technical strategy to executive leadership, managing globally distributed teams to foster engineering excellence. This role supports State Street's Global Technology Services in delivering data and insights to institutional clients through digital transformation and advanced technologies like cloud and artificial intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Technology Leadership
- Define technology roadmaps and solution architecture strategies for Cloud, DevOps, and AI platforms
- Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, platform standardization, and automation
- Evaluate and conduct strategic POCs on emerging technologies and define adoption strategies
- Lead CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), platform engineering, and developer experience initiatives
- Drive DevSecOps practices, software supply chain security, and automated governance controls
- Define reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence standards
- Lead implementation of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI powered solutions for business problems
- Establish standards for AI security, model lifecycle management, evaluation, and responsible AI
- Mentor senior engineers and technology leads
- Experience presenting technical strategy and outcomes to executive leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams
