Job Summary
Architect end-to-end solutions balancing functional, non-functional, and maintainability requirements while leading architectural decisions across teams. Establish design patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards to guide engineering teams from concept through production, including deployment and rollback strategies. Define integration strategies across platforms and third-party systems, ensuring interoperability, and maintain architectural documentation while mentoring engineers. Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps within agile methodologies, and lead production incident response to drive root-cause analysis and systemic improvements. This role defines enterprise-scale digital solutions at CVS Health, shaping a more connected and compassionate health experience for individuals and communities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in large-scale software development
- 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership
- Strong proficiency in Java
