Job Summary
Lead Architect_BI at Fractal Analytics responsible for building and growing the BI centre of excellence. Drive BI landscape assessment, create roadmaps, and execute POCs/POVs. Lead solution architecture and proposals (RFPs) for clients, perform data analysis, and develop efficient data and semantic models. Develop training plans, best practices, standards, and templates to optimize BI solutions. Requires hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP); experience managing a team and engaging with clients/stakeholders. Strong emphasis on driving vision, delivery of BI initiatives, and ensuring business impact through analytics and data storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker
- Led a team of 10+ people
- Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP
- Hands-on BI development
- Ability to create architecture, proposals, RFPs
- Strong presentation and client/stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication
