Lead Architect

Lead architectural design for Metro stations, depots, airport terminals, concourses, and allied infrastructure, developing concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and civil teams to ensure integrated design solutions while ensuring compliance with local building codes, airport/metro authority standards, fire norms, and sustainability guidelines. Manage design documentation, BOQs, specifications, and tender drawings; attend client meetings and presentations to address design comments and revisions. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and review shop drawings to maintain design intent during execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. This role supports Assystem's global work on low-carbon energy and critical infrastructure across India.
