Lead

Store Lead at Arc’teryx in Whistler, BC will lead the store leadership team, coach Product Guides, and oversee the in-store guest experience across experience, product, community, operations and people. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach staff, manage inventory including receiving, processing, restocking and destocking, drive sales targets and manage store operations, budget, and safety. Responsibilities include enabling world-class guest experiences through product knowledge, leading from the floor five days a week, coordinating with teams on events and community engagement, executing merchandising and visual standards, handling POS transactions and returns, and ensuring effective communication of company initiatives. You should be customer-service oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be adaptable to seasonal schedules and daily business needs.
