Job Summary
Lead Developer for Interra Health's health-tech SaaS platforms. Owns incident management, triage, and the reliability of production systems; mentors and leads a team of application support engineers; advocates for platform stability and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate diagnostics and resolution; partners with product and engineering to reduce recurring issues; drives post-incident reviews, change control, and deployment safety, with a focus on production-ready code, testing, and engineering standards. Requires deep hands-on experience across .NET/C#, React, Azure, SQL Server, and SaaS runtime environments, plus strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain service levels in a remote-first setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application support, software engineering, or a combined production-focused engineering role, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong hands-on proficiency in .NET / C# for reading, debugging, and writing production-quality code
- Solid understanding of React front-end applications and ability to diagnose UI-layer issues
- Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server including query analysis and performance troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure DevOps)
- Proven track record of owning complex, high-stakes production incidents end-to-end
- Experience with structured problem management methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys)
- Demonstrated ownership of production codebases and responsibility for fixing issues directly in code
