Lead APP – Emergency Medicine / Urgent Care

Lead and support physician assistants and nurse practitioners in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care settings at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. Provide hands-on, high-quality patient care across acute and urgent cases while performing and supervising emergency procedures, codes, and trauma care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and maintain accurate documentation adhering to care standards. Foster a positive professional environment that promotes teamwork and growth among providers. This role requires a current New York State license, three years of independent Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience, and certifications in ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS. The position includes 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling, a $30,000 annual leadership stipend, and a salary range of $75–$90/hour.
