Job Summary
Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs at Blair Crossing apartment community. Requires three to four years of related experience or training, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical; EPA or HVAC certification; ability to work independently; and on-call availability. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service to residents and maintaining a well-functioning property across a 133-unit conventional community. Tools and equipment provided; strong emphasis on maintenance skills and on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
- Ability to work independently
