Facilitate cross-functional communication between your team, gameplay, cinematic, and direction groups while ensuring clear visibility of animation project progress. Plan and pilot deliverables by defining priorities, organizing the animation roadmap with the animation director, and maintaining a clear view of advancement. Manage daily oversight of two associate leads, an expert, and support their autonomy through structured communication dynamics, including regular video updates, presentations, and progress points. This role requires a deep understanding of the video game industry, ideally with two shipped games as a team manager, plus proficiency in standard game animation tools and GPP constraints. Fluency in English is essential for interacting with global teams.
