Job Summary
Lead the pack during assigned shifts at Destination Pet Peachtree City, coaching and guiding Animal Care Attendants, training new hires on proper pet handling and procedures, monitoring health and safety of pet guests, overseeing medications and special needs care, and ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming, low-stress environment for animals and their humans. The role involves supervising teammates, lifting up to 40 lbs, and requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR training is a plus, with priority given to candidates who can lead by example and foster a collaborative, high-energy pack culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in animal care
- Med administration experience preferred
- CPR training a plus
