Job Summary
Lead and Assistant Daycare Teacher responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Plan developmentally appropriate games and activities, design daily/weekly schedules, provide basic caregiving, evaluate developmental milestones, and maintain parent communication about children’s activities. Requires lead teacher credentials and strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills; demonstrates nurturing, patient, and creative approach to early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- Lead teacher credentials (45 hour infant/toddler or Prek and 45 hour Child Growth and Development, ADA)
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified (preferred)
