Job Summary
Lead design, development, and sustainment of operational analytics dashboards and websites providing mission-critical insights for NGA executives. Supervise and mentor junior team members while overseeing workload distribution to ensure timely project completion. Collect, condition, and analyze data to identify patterns and trends, utilizing advanced analytics tools to deliver real-time visualizations for IT service management. Troubleshoot technical issues related to dashboards, maintain API and data source integration, and implement data security best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing superior customer service and developing user documentation to enhance tool adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine analytics capabilities and ensure high-quality outputs for leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with GED equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree
- 6+ years' experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years' experience
- Relevant experience in Analytics
- Relevant experience in Visual Operations
- Relevant experience in Data Collection
- Experience in the Intelligence Community
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI poly
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone
- Good phone skills
- Professional demeanor

Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams supporting enterprise analytics, data visualization, or IT operations
- Experience developing operational dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, Kibana, or similar analytics and visualization platforms
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense (DoD), or other Intelligence Community (IC) organizations
- Ability to work well with others
- Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a home office setting
- Ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
- Previous customer service experience
