Job Summary
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise analytics solutions for finance and operations, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical blueprints. Collaborate with product, delivery, and go-to-market teams to develop robust solutions for RFP responses, serving as the technical authority during client engagements. Design analytics across IFAO processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Financial Planning & Analysis, while identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML for financial forecasting and operational risk. Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and compliance requirements. Mentor junior architects and develop reusable solution assets. Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise analytics and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions
- At least 6 years of experience architecting analytics solutions for finance and operations
- Strong expertise in Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations (IFAO)
- Experience across finance domains including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience designing AI/ML-driven analytics solutions for finance and operations
- Strong knowledge of analytics, ETL, and visualization tools, including Power BI
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, or similar cloud analytics technologies
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with finance, operations, data engineering, and delivery teams
- Experience responding to RFPs, preparing solution proposals, and supporting pre-sales engagements
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to assess and communicate the financial impact of proposed analytics solutions, including ROI and business value
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA or CA qualification
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP (preferred), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with emerging AI and Agentic AI technologies
