Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of proprietary data products and models, from discovery and concept development through test, scale, launch, and iteration. Develop mathematical and algorithmic approaches to address complex commercial real estate decisions while overseeing data science and engineering teams. Participate in daily development processes to deliver usable products, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance and governance practices. Collaborate with clients, advisory teams, and leadership to assess needs, test value, and guide product direction, while supporting go-to-market teams with positioning and release plans. Define and track success metrics for all delivered data products. This role supports investor, occupier, and public sector client segments using data-driven solutions for portfolio analysis, site search, and highest and best use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data engineering, business, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate strategy
- At least 5 years working directly with technology, data, and analytics
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Strong understanding of data architecture
- Strong understanding of data pipelines
- Strong understanding of geospatial datasets
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate strategy
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams
