Job Summary
Lead Analyst for Wholesale Regional Planning responsible for coordinating financial planning and analysis for asset operations in Renewable fleet and Wholesale Support O&M, developing high‐quality financial plans and projections, and coordinating monthly planning processes. Works with senior planning manager, plant personnel and Corporate Development to coordinate budgeting, variance analysis and reporting; monitors actuals vs plan and provides corrective action; collaborates with regional plant leaders to summarize financial results and support strategic analysis including periodic performance updates. Requires bachelor’s degree in a related analytical discipline, 5 years finance experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, data querying/analysis ability, and knowledge of key financial metrics, with strong stakeholder interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other related analytical discipline required
- 5 years finance work experience in a dynamic and analytical environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills
- Experience working with data and ability to query and analyze data in an efficient manner
- Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics
- Ability to interface with and resolve issues with multiple stakeholders
