Job Summary
Lead Analyst at Solenis in Hyderabad (Hybrid) responsible for managing a small team (2-5 members), recruiting/training guidance, and delivering monthly revenue, gross profit (GP) and SG&A analysis. The role supports BU spend reviews, aligns budgets, and assists with monthly sales and expense forecast updates. It involves producing routine leadership-facing reports, driving Revenue and SG&A forecasting, and calculating Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) targets. You will develop and maintain Excel and Tableau dashboards, leverage OneStream for reporting, ensure data accuracy and adherence to daily business rules, and contribute to dashboard optimization and financial modeling.
