Job Summary
Lead Analyst Product Configuration will develop and maintain product configurator content for all global sales offices and intercompany to enable efficient order entry. You will establish the product configuration and pricing rules so that customer order requirements are met in relation to product documentation from engineering and manufacturing. Responsibilities include maintaining product data in Configit and FF2.0, managing configurator enhancement projects, handling electronic configurator data for selling processes, logging and tracking changes, validating prospective changes, collaborating with customer service, engineering, and operations, and providing training and support for product configuration to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Management Information Systems
- At least 3 years of cumulative experience in pricing/quotation generation, applications engineering, and order detailing for regulator products
- Strong mechanical proficiency with knowledge of the basic physical properties of materials
- Advanced product knowledge and inter-product rules relationship
- Ability to analyze large data systems and to interpret and identify missing engineering detail structures and drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
