Job Summary
Lead Analyst Procurement responsible for developing and executing category strategies across global spend, performing spend data analysis and market intelligence, and enabling supplier solutions that deliver cost savings, improved cash flow, and supplier-led innovation. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to translate priorities into sourcing approaches, supports RFI/RFP processes and contract awards, monitors supplier performance and governance, ensures compliance with data privacy and ESG considerations, and leverages digital procurement tools to enhance spend visibility and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management in global or multi-regional organizations
- Experience with spend data analysis and procurement analytics
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into category strategy recommendations
- Experience supporting category strategies and sourcing initiatives delivering measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements
- Experience conducting market benchmarking and spend analysis to inform sourcing direction
- Commercial acumen and negotiation support for competitive sourcing processes
- Familiarity with TCO modeling and basic cash flow concepts
- Experience supporting supplier management, service contracts, and SLA governance
- Strong understanding of procurement systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) and data-driven process improvements
- Basic awareness of data privacy requirements and ESG principles
