Job Summary
Lead planning and forecasting activities for assigned markets or regions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve planning issues. Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and optimizing planning processes, supporting transformation initiatives, and contributing to systems enhancements and global planning solution adoption. Deliver planning analysis and insights that support business performance and decision-making, collaborating across teams to share best practices and improve the overall planning experience. This role offers the opportunity to influence how planning is delivered globally by combining analytical expertise with process improvement within Diageo's Financial Planning & Operations team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management
- Strong understanding of planning processes and finance systems
- Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborator management skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies in a global matrix environment
- A continuous improvement approach with a passion for simplifying processes and driving operational excellence
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Location: Budapest
