Lead Analyst - Payment Operations Risk

Job Summary
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify emerging risks, analyze their impact, and propose metrics to manage financial losses while ensuring compliance. Own the analytics strategy for the Key Risk Indicator framework, design risk thresholds, and build control assurance models around payment processing flows. Work with internal and external auditors to test control effectiveness and ensure accurate reconciliation of bank balances and customer funds. Build and maintain high-quality data pipelines, prepare accurate reports, and deliver actionable visualizations using SQL, dbt, and tools like Looker or PowerBI. Drive data-driven decisions to strengthen risk frameworks and support the Payment Operations organization in delivering a seamless global payment experience.
