Lead Analyst, IT Service Delivery

Job Summary
Ensure excellence in process execution across operational processes such as incident, problem, change, and configuration management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase visibility into service performance. Advise business on standards, methods, tools, and application choices while building strong collaborative relationships between IT and business teams. Partner with stakeholders to drive consensus on solutions, define tangible use cases aligning technology output to commercial objectives, and recommend process changes to improve efficiency. Define and facilitate discussions across cross-departmental teams to derive solutions, ensuring clear communication between business and technical groups. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 7-10 years of IT and Manufacturing experience with SAP expertise in FICO, PP, MM, and WM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business
- 7-10 years of experience in the field of IT and Manufacturing with SAP
- Expertise in FICO, PP, MM, WM, PPQM
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams
- Works effectively with cross-departmental teams and facilitate discussions across the team to derive solutions
- Ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work
- Travel Percentage: 20%
