Job Summary
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of global FP&O processes across assigned markets and regions, ensuring planning and reporting activities execute consistently with global standards. Partner with Finance, functional, and market stakeholders to drive planning excellence, manage financial processes for assigned regions, and resolve planning issues to support adoption of global solutions. Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and analytical initiatives that strengthen data quality and operational efficiency while monitoring performance for optimization opportunities. Provide planning expertise to cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives. This role supports long-term planning, annual cycles, and monthly forecasting within Diageo's Specialty Business divisions, enabling data-driven decision-making across the company's 180-country footprint.
Required Qualifications
